Customers may return any physical Product within 30 calendar days of the delivery date for a 100% refund of the product price, provided the Product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non‑Refundable Items
Gift cards, personalized or custom‑made items, items marked “Final Sale,” and any items expressly indicated as non‑returnable at the time of purchase are non‑refundable.
