Thank you for choosing Momentum Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). We believe in the lasting value of our objects. This policy outlines your rights regarding standard returns and our 365-Day Buyback Guarantee.
Standard Return Window (30 Days)
Customers may return any physical Product within 30 calendar days of the delivery date for a 100% refund, provided the Product is in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Non-Refundable: Personalized or custom-made items are excluded from the 30-day return.
365-Day Buyback Guarantee
To reinforce our commitment to “Collectible Quality,” we offer a unique buyback option within the first year of ownership.
Eligibility: For up to 365 days after the delivery date, you may request a buyback. The object must be in good, original condition. While natural patina and regular signs of age are welcomed, structural damage, deep scratches, or modifications exclude the item from the buyback.
Price: We will buy the object back at the original purchase price (excluding original shipping costs and taxes where applicable).
Process: Each request is subject to a visual inspection (via photos or in-person).
Shipping: The customer is responsible for secure, insured return shipping to our studio.
Definitions
Product: Any physical object designed and sold by Momentum Studio.
Customer: The original purchaser of the object.
Process
To request a return or a buyback, please email us at shop@momentumstud.io with your order number and current photos of the object. Your request is effective upon receipt of our confirmation email.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer for buybacks. Once the object arrives at our studio and passes inspection, the refund is processed within 7 business days.
